Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with Tintistry, you agree to the following terms:

1. Deposits

  • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
  • Deposits may be transferred once with at least 24 hours notice.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Failure to provide notice may result in loss of deposit.

3. Vehicle Condition

Customers must disclose:

  • Previous tint or paint work
  • Existing damage
  • Aftermarket modifications

Tintistry is not responsible for pre-existing damage.


4. Warranty

Warranty coverage (if applicable) applies only to manufacturer defects such as:

  • Peeling
  • Bubbling
  • Adhesive failure

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Scratches
  • Improper care

Proof of service may be required.


5. Limitation of Liability

Tintistry is not responsible for:

  • Personal items left in vehicles
  • Electronic malfunctions unrelated to service
  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances

6. Payment

Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
